For a Lifetime of Ministry
Bachelor of Science in Ministry Leadership
MajorMinistry Leadership
Ministry Leadership is built on the Bible and Theology major and provides a strong set of skills and competencies. It prepares students to successfully meet the demands of today’s expanding and changing ministry environments.
Throughout the program, classroom learning is combined with real-life ministry experience, including practicum experiences and an internship.
The program enables students to use their gifts to serve in the local church, youth ministry, global missions, intercultural settings, or parachurch organizations. Graduates from this program qualify to pursue seminary or graduate studies in M.Div., M.T.S., M.Min., and other masters-level ministry or theology-related programs.
Double Major
The Ministry Leadership program includes the benefit of a double major, Ministry Leadership and Bible and Theology. You get both majors without adding any additional time or cost to your studies.
Accelerated Ministry Leadership Program Reduces Seminary Time
Kuyper College’s consortium with Calvin Theological Seminary (CTS) and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary (GRTS) shortens time at seminary. It allows Ministry Leadership students to complete a course of studies at both institutions in a reduced time frame—saving time and money. Students receive two degrees, a B.S. from Kuyper College and an M.Div. from CTS or GRTS.
